Remove the bulky and heavy exhaust servo motor when replacing the end-can or
the full exhaust system. Plus, it will get rid of the FI light coming up when
disconnecting the servo motor.
Regain Useful Space While Shedding Weight
Healtech ESE will eliminate the bulky, heavy and space wasting OEM servo motor
with the operating cables and wiring, which can save up to 1 kg and frees up
a lot of under seat storage. Also, you may now get rid of the exhaust valve
too by replacing the exhaust system.
Awesome Tech
Built-in microprocessor ensures optimal function and offers great compatibility.
If your bike is equipped with an exhaust servo, you’ll need an ESE module,
either if you replace the exhaust system or add a fuel controller module (or
both).
Plug ‘n Go Install
All ESE models are Plug ‘n Go, installation is a breeze. Just locate
the exhaust servo motor under the rider/passenger seat, disconnect the plugs,
plug in the ESE to the OEM connector and that’s it, you’re ready
for the ride.

complete the work properly. Please call us for more details.
Healtech Electronics SpeedoHealer V4.0 Harness Kit
SH-U01 is a universal harness and requires cutting and splicing the wires.
On most motorcycles the factory speedometer error can be as high as 10%. So
even a modest gearing change can have the speedometer off by 15%. Changing the
sprockets or tires will also result in higher odometer reading, decreasing the
bike’s resale value without valid reason. The SpeedoHealer is an affordable,
convenient and very simple way to sort these...

Healtech Electronics Pair System Eliminator
Get rid of the annoying FI light coming on when removing or disconnecting the
pair system from your motorcycle.
The pair system on modern sport and street bikes injects fresh air to the exhaust.
Doing so, it minimizes the amount of unburnt fuel getting to the atmosphere.
This is why the popping occurs on heavy deceleration, as the unburnt fuel is
combusting in the end can.
Whether you just simply want to get rid of the popping, or...
Healtech Electronics Secondary Throttle Valve Eliminator
Due to emission and noise control regulations secondary throttle valves appeared
in motorcycles in the last decade. This secondary butterfly is controlled by
the bike’s ECU. For maximum performance and crisp throttle response this
secondary system is removed, mainly in drag racing / road racing. However, as
soon as you disconnect the secondary throttle valve actuator motor from the
bike’s main wiring harness, the FI light...
Graves Motorsports Smog Block Off Plates
Graves Motorsports smog block off plates for the Kawasaki ZX10R. Graves Motorsports
smog block off plates are designed to seal off the ports on the valve cover
used by the air injection system (a.k.a smog pumps or AIS).
The air induction
system (AIS) burns unburned exhaust gases by injecting fresh air (secondary
air) into the exhaust port, reducing the emission of hydrocarbons.
Once these are capped...

Healtech Electronics Oxygen Sensor Eliminator
The oxygen sensor eliminator module enables the disconnection of the factory
oxygen sensor (lambda probe) from the motorcycle’s main wiring harness
without getting an FI error code.
Motorcycle manufacturers equip O2 sensors to the exhaust systems to measure
the exhaust-gas concentration of oxygen of the internal combustion engines.
The ECU calculates the value measured by the O2 sensor and, if required, dynamically
adjusts the...
Healtech Electronics FI Cleaner Tool
The FI Cleaner Tool is compatible with a wide range motorcycles 2017 onwards,
depending on make/model. The engine management system monitors the various sensors
of the motorcycle. Whenever there’s a fault in the system, the FI light
will come and stay on even if the fault condition no longer exists, e.g. a loose
connector was reconnected. It takes several full running cycles and a lot of
time to get the error cleared without an OBD Tool....
Healtech Electronics Exhaust Servo Eliminator SW
The Switchable Exhaust Servo Eliminator (ESE-SW) is a special version of the
highly successful Exhaust Servo Eliminator (ESE). It connects in line with the
servo actuator motor and adds the ability for the rider to take full control
of the servo motor. This comes in handy for instance when the bike is used both
on public roads and for track riding/racing. The rider can fully open the exhaust
valve (even while riding) by toggling...
Healtech Electronics Exhaust Servo Calibrator
The ES Calibrator is designed especially for recent Aprilia motorcycles and
enables an effortless, straightforward exhaust servo motor calibration with
or without the original servo motor being in place.

The exhaust servo and exhaust valve are in place and work normally, but
require calibration for proper, error-free operation.
The exhaust servo motor has been...

Healtech Electronics Steering Damper Eliminator
The Steering Damper Eliminator will take care of the annoying FI light when
removing the OEM electronic steering damper on modern sportbikes.
If you are serious about racing then the factory electronic steering damper
must be replaced too. However, disconnecting the factory damper from the bike’s
main harness will instantly result in the FI light coming on (which could mask
some serious bike/engine related faults). This is where the...
